At Elements Community Birth Ministries (ECBM) exists to equip compassionate, skilled, and Christ-centered birth assistants to serve families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. Our mission is to strengthen communities by preparing birth workers who combine practical knowledge with servant-hearted care, biblical principles, and a commitment to supporting physiologic birth.
Through comprehensive training, hands-on learning, real-life birth scenarios, and guided mentorship, students gain the confidence to assist midwives, support mothers, and respond calmly in a variety of birth situations. Every lesson is designed to develop both competence and character, emphasizing wisdom, professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate service.
